Kate Arredondo is a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur and lives with Bipolar disorder.

She has dedicated her life and coaching practice, Alpenglow Coaching, to helping others break free from coping and going through motions in life. Through the mind, body, spirit approach she emulates, Kate’s mission is to help others thrive in their life, while effectively managing their symptoms. And in turn, end the stigmas around mental illness.

Kate is an animal lover, and avid runner. On weekends, you can find her enjoying mother nature’s backwoods and camping in her beloved family travel trailer.

She was inspired to write her book because she wants others struggling with their mental health to know their life matters. While there will be ups and downs, her book shows that anyone can find personal happiness from simple, everyday joys.
